Dear Friends... My sites have been destroyed by my web host!

                           Yes, PowWeb the company I pay to keep my sites safe has
                           destroyed over 75% of the photographs that has made my 
                           sites what they WERE. Below you will see the transcript of
                           my begging for days that they restore by backup before it
                           was too late. Well now as you can tell it is.
                         
 Keep checking back, I still have a trick up my sleeve.

Hello Michael,

Thank you for contacting support.

I tried to create a test page and Add Pictures to the page, able to add without any issues. I tried to upload a picture 'aish.jpeg' to the gallery 'YonkersPALFleaMarket' and tried to add it to the page. I was able to do it and also I was able to add other pictures in the gallery without any issues. However, I have noticed that some of the pictures are of 0byte size and you will need to re-upload them. Please, verify it and you can delete the test page from your end.

ALL of my web sites. I looked in Site Deluxe and it did come up, but at what
cost? I have 0 bytes in half of every folder.

This really is unacceptable. I think your going to have to restore from a
back up. Many of these do not exist on my computer anymore. Some are so old
I could not find them if they did exist. Then there is the time factor. How
do I sit here uploading to a site all over again when I did it right the
first time?

Look at my published sites and you will see. Or check out Site Delux's
folders. They were full, not "0".

It's 10am on Sunday, 12/26 and I still see your test page with it's test photo as well as not seeing a good half on the photos in my sites. Please do not wait until you have no backups available to restore from and claim it was an unforseeable tech glitch that can't be reversed. If you can't, contact someone who can. I've been in the business for too long to believe a story. Please do not delay and repair the problem.

Please Note: Not just the sites in the update from 12/27. Look at all of my sites. SkyandTrains.com "Home" page is missing 90% of the photos! My site Deluxe folders ALL have up to 50% if not more files that now have "Zero Bytes"! I did not upload them this way. PLEASE restore from a back up before it is too late! I've been requesting help in writing for four days and now found out that nobody has been reading them because the ticket was closed.

Why was ticket reopened:

Customer stated that he doesn't have the images to reupload it and customer is insisting that we need to upload the files for him or else give him the goodwill credit for the same.Please do look in to it.

Have you, or for that matter ANY of your "Support Staff" been reading my comments to you? I have NO backups! The photos were unique and one of a kind. Some of them we so old I just do not have them on my computer anymore. This is why I kept saying to restore from back ups BEFORE it was too late. Now what? You have destroyed every single one of my sites! I'm sure that not one has escaped your companies total ineptitude and disreguard for your customers. And where do we go from here? I am saddled with the imense job of trying to rebuild what was at one time 20,000 photos. How do you compensate me for that? A scratch off lottery ticket?

I have checked the images and are showing zero byte contents/corrupted. Unfortunately, checking the available back-ups also shows the same contents. Could you please try uploading a fresh copy of the image files from the local back up ?

YOU DO NOT HAVE AN UNCORRUPTED COPY BECAUSE YOU DID NOT WAIT TO SEE IF THE ISSUE WAS RESOLVED AND EVEN THOUGH I SAIT FOR YOU TO RESTORE THE FILES FROM YOUR COPY, YOUR HEADS WERE SO FAR UP YOUR POMPUS ASSES THAT YOU COULD NOT, OR WOULD NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO FIX THE PROBLEM!
